EcoChipz Program


EcoChipz is a loyalty program for shopping at EcoPlum.  EcoChipz points are earned when you purchase eco friendly products in our EcoShop.  Only products that are purchased directly at EcoPlum are eligible for EcoChipz.  This means that you placed the product in your shopping cart on the EcoPlum website and completed the checkout process there.  Occasionally, EcoPlum will list products that are available for purchase on our partner websites through a link from EcoPlum’s website to the partner’s website.  Purchases through our partners’ websites do NOT qualify for EcoChipz.


You will earn 1 EcoChipz point for every $1 you spend on our site, not including Shipping Fees and Sales Tax.  Once you have earned 150 EcoChipz, you may redeem your EcoChipz for a reward.  See the EcoChipz Rewards Chart for the different award levels and the amount of EcoChipz needed for each level.


To redeem EcoChipz, you must send a request to ecochipz@ecoplum.com or call 1-888-730-9990 x101 with the following information:

Name of Charity (if applicable)

Rewards will be emailed within 24 hours of request, assuming you have enough EcoChipz in your account to for the reward level.


All EcoChipz redemptions are final and cannot be reversed.  You must provide us with a valid functioning email address in order to receive your rewards.
