When NBC viewers spy a green peacock in the lower left-hand corner of their screen, they know that Green Week has arrived! NBC launched its first official green week in November of 2007 and it has continued this tradition annually with a full week of NBC programs that focus on environmental issues. NBC also includes special segments on how viewers can green their homes, presented by some of the network's biggest stars. Even though November has come and gone, we can still use these green tips all year round.
