De-Humidifier Water

We used to have a dehumidifier in our basement that had a long garden hose attached to it that ran over to the washer drain.  We ended up inheriting a new humidifier where we need to empty the water container once it is full.  Well, it's alot of water--maybe a gallon.  So we decided as a household to dump the water into a container that we can use to water the houseplants or the garden.  There's no point in just letting good water go down the drain.

Comments:  Great idea! I am always looking for ways to conserve water. Just becuase our earth is covered in it doesn't mean it will be around forever or even clean!
